brake pistons get stuck
Hi Folks,
Last summer 2 of my front brake pistons (on left, one right side) got stuck, so I disassembled the calipers, removed dirt, oxidation and so on, installed new seals...
Now it happened again :-( How do I clean this stuff correctly, so it wont happen again?

After you clean the bores/pistons up (can be cleaned with crocus cloth) make sure all old fluid, etc is out of the caliper. A lot of brake clean does wonders. Usually the lower pistons will "freeze" because of the condensation etc. that lingers in the lower part of the caliper. I rebilt mine (4 piston) 5 years ago...No problems.

Are they 4 piston or single piston?
If they stuck before, did you find anything that caused the sticking?
