Brake Master cylinder the same for auto vs. 5speed?

Hi, I need to replace my master cylinder while the motor is out. When I walk into the parts store to pick one up, will there be any variations between the master cylinder for an '87 auto vs. 5 speed car? Thanks.

I looked up the part. Only 2 numbers listed, with or without anti-lock brakes.
