Question Brake lights

My brake lights don't work. I have checked the fuse, bulbs, connectors, switch and wire integrity. All are good. I traced the wire to the connector at the fuse panel, I am not getting any voltage in the wire when the brakes are applied. All other lights are working prpoerly (except bright lights not turning off) and the cruise disengages when brakes are applied.

Any ideas on what I should check next?

Does your horn work? Cuz if it doesn't then its your CPU. If it does then...well...check the brake light switch.
