did we ever end this ? which side to mount bov ?

i put mine on the turbo side, because thats where the factory puts it.

You want it in a low-velocity / high-pressure area, either right behind the turbo or right in front of the throttle body. If you are using a BOV which vents to the atmosphere, then it is usually best right in front of the throttle body so that you retain some of the airflow in the intercooler when the valve vents. If you are using a TBV which recirculates the air (for cars which retain the stock AFM) then you may want to put it right behind the turbo to save yourself a lot of plumbing.
