at what psi is the stock bov release?

 

It depends i guess... probobly it leeks a little bit of air out even at 1-2 psi because ANY pressurized air in the system needs to be bled off when the engine doesnt need it anymore (letting off throttle). That way the air doesnt try to shoot through your impeller fans and make it spin in reverse
