Exclamation Bov not blowing off!?!?!

i have a s5 turbo swap with s4 block,blocked off emissions and OMP, FMIC,3'turbo back str8 pipe.SAFC,AEM wideband O2,apexi boost gauge.

when i first got the swap running my SSBOV-2 worked.i didnt have the boost solinoid hooked up so it didnt boost till like 4k rpm, than i poped off one of my IC pipes. i put it back on and the bov hasnt worked sence.

ive installed the boost solinoid and am boosting around 6lbs with 20vac at idle.
i have the bov vac teed to the boost sencor from the nipple on the lower half of the TIM.ive tryed using a single vac to one of the three nipples near the TB. ive even switched to the first gen adjustible ssbov and have adjusted it both ways and still just surging with no bov pop.

PLEASE HELP this is so annoying!

Make sure the vacuum line going to your bov has vacuum going to it I was installing a boost gauge on a friends car and oddly some of the nipples didn't have vacuum to them.

Are you building boost? If the wastegate was completely open all the time you would have significant trouble building boost. My guess is a vacuum leak somehwere... could even be a minute one, it doesn't have to be that big for a ssqv to not be blowing off loudly, they are kinda quiet to begin with unless you are boosting past 10psi.

When you say boost solenoid, do you mean the boost sensor on the passenger side shock tower? If so, is the BOV teed before or after the restrictor pill?

If it's after, I would think that could cause problems.

A leak could cause a problem too. You could always try the carb cleaner spray method to make sure you have no leaks.
