Are there any mods to the car?
What exhaust is on it? Do you have cats? Are they clogged? Have you pulled any codes? How is the timing? What about the AFM?
Does it bog at full throttle/light throttle/any throttle?
Did it do it all of a sudden, or was it a problem that got progressively worse?
Does it run well after 3800 RPM?
We need more info...........

Might be a bad TPS or airflow meter - a bad TPS can actually be set, but the resistance will jump all over the place, causing the ECU to think you're mashing the gas when you're not.
I'd start with the TPS.

ok to answer a couple of questions
car is stock w/ cats
used code checker and not pulling any codes
cats dont appear to be clogged
car bogs when im trying to accelerate under load, doesnt do it if the car is in nuetral and reved.
most importantly it started a little bit not really a problem but thought it did this cuz i was low on gas..when i filled the tank it still does this worse than before.
lastly it seems to run better after 3800rpm..
I checked the tps twice, maybe this will help it looks like the person before me made a connection to the injectors right from the TPS..the wires look like they are spliced in..fellaz dont get me wrong the car ran damn good than all of a sudden this happens...thanx agin fellaz for listening hope this info helps out..

If your injector wires are spliced theres a good chance thats your problem. My car did the same thing...the wto different injector wires were touching each other and shorting out. Seperated them and no more hesitation!

Did you change gas brand? Well, I don't know if this had happened to anyone but it happened to me during my travels to Sevenstock. I usually put 76 on my car (doesn't matter what rating) and at one point I put Mobil because there was no 76 around and I had to fill gas. After this, my car bogs like crazy at idle and any gear. I suspected right away that it was the gas so I tried to used up all the gas as much as I can. My mistake was, I had a full tank in there with Mobil. My car ran crappy until I filled it up again with 76 when it was almost close to empty. After that with just a few miles of driving, my car didn't bog anymore and has been running fine just like it was before.

the filter on the fuel pump could be cloged, also the spliced wires maybe crappy, or coroded. the intake temp sensor on my car was not plugged in one time and it did the same sortof thing, but my car is a turbo, also another thing that happened after a pulsation dampener swap, the p-d i put in had gotten frozen in sort of a "closed" position not allowing fuel to flow thru.

yea, it would be alot of work, check the wires first, they may just need to be re saudered or something, also you can see if they get voltage, im not sure how much, just make sure both are close to the same

Must...scrub...parts...
if the fuel filter was clogged it would affect top end, not bottom. check the wiring on your fuel pump and your spark plug wires. change the plugs if you haven't recently.
