Bought engine w/o bypass valve

Ok so I got an S5 turbo engine for my swap and it had pretty much everything I needed except it doesn't have the air cleaner box to turbo pipe or the bypass valve that is supposed to be there. Basically I want to know what my best and/or cheapest options are just to have that part patched together and working the way it should. I found the pipe I need but 170 bux is too much right now.

Air cleaner box to turbo can be made (AKA home depot) and you can put any old BOV in where the bypass valve goes.

I really don't want a cheap ebay BOV if I go that route do I? Also the BOV would still be routed back into the intake or not?

Id be interested if I had the money right at this moment. I need to put some of my old parts on ebay first. Im just trying to get things straightened out and was trying to find a cheaper way. How much is a stock bypass valve normally anyways (used)
