bought 88 convertible for $500.

picked up an 88 convertible for 500. it had the infamous blown cylinder head gasket. he said it was blowing white smoke when he tried to start it. i said i'll take it. pulled the fuses out, unflooded it and it started right up with a perfect idle. later on i found out it has racingbeat exhaust and tokico suspension with springs. i am giving this one to my girl but was wondering if the tokico suspension (especially the rear struts) would bolt onto my 87 turbo?

All the suspension swaps out - springs/shocks are the same, 86-91, turbo and non turbo.

I would thoroughly test the cooling system to make sure it isn't pumping water - there might be some merit to the previous owner's incorrectly stated claim.

My favorite kind of deal. Now, when something expensive breaks, you're still ahead..
