bottom hose?

bottom hose?
me again yea this time i checked under the front bumper of the passenger side and i found a rubber hose hanging down that looks like it was souppose to connect to something any ideas?

there should be a hose that connects to it that extends it up to your ACV...

seen on pg 4 here..
