Bosal Y-Pipe

Has anyone used the bosal Y-pipe? I just wanted to see how good it would be for my SE (needed a new exhaust). I plan to use Apex'i mufflers with it. Does it bolt up well, sound good?

Bosal, the stock replacement type or the performance type?

I've used Bosal stock replacement parts on a couple cars, they're pretty good.
