i just got mine a few weeks ago. sound is a little deeper than stock and the power gains are pretty noticable. the guy that sold me mine said it ought to give you about 15 to 20 horses or so. im happy with it.
I've had mine on for two years now, it's holding up great. Sound is not much louder than stock though in my opinion and most others that have heard mine. On the power though, I didn't feel anything when I installed it, although after the DP and a new cat-- but that's a different story.
They still make them, JCWhitney bought carparts.com which is where I got mine, and the seem to no longer carry Borla.
They used to have 2 models-- one for the Turbo, one for the NA. I don't know what the difference was, but the 14192 is the only one still available, and that's the one I have on my T2.
I generally recommend Borla for people who ask me, the fit & finish are good. I've installed a Borla on my RX-7, and my F150, as well as seen one on a Toyota Tundra that my neighbor has. The F150 setup is much louder than stock as is the Tundra.
