Thats a good question, because i'm curious myself. I'm more familiar with the term pressure sensor hence the writing on the component. So I think they're the same.

i was just wondering cause im doing a t2 swap and i bought a map sensor from a t2 (or atleast was told it was a map sensor from a t2) and i also bought a t2 boost sensor. now the boost sensor hasent arrived yet but im pretty sure there the same thing cause i dont see anywhere else on the harness to plug a boost sensor and a map sensor in at
