Ya so i was driving today, cars fine and boosting nicely... I am leaving pepboys, and i try to boost and nothing it dosent boost until 5k. Im like wtf? so i driv around more and try boosting, and the car will bealry boost until it reaches 5k or so and then it hit full boost. I disconnected the avc-r seloind from the turbo wastegate to make sure its not that. Still same problem. Car idles fine, not overheating or anything. And theres no smoke from the turbo being dead. I also checked my throttle body but the butterflys work fine. Anyone have any ideas, or had the same problem??

 

where the wastegate rod connects to the wastegate swing arm. The c-clip has fallen off and the rod isn't connected to the swing arm so it's just flapping wide open.
