boost increase with block off plates installed =)
Yo wsup guys well I installed blocl off plates to my s4 t2 with stage 2 street port from akins rotary... I currently have 4 - 800 cc injectors rtek 1.8 and walbro 255 fuel pump with full rb turbo exhaust .....and also ported my wastegate....
Anyways I have a stock turbo and I was wondering why was there so much in increase on boost. Because b4 I install the blocl off plates it was at 7 psi or 8 and will drop to 6 but after I did thr blocl off plates it goes to 12 to 13 psi in 1st and second gear all the way thru and third ....I havnt try boosting thru 4th but....was wondering is my set up ok for an s4 turbo to run that high...and what caused it to do a jump like that ...was it just the blocl of plates that caused that?? Any ideas??
