Boost/Fuel Help

So im just about finished my my 87 rebuild (2 years later)

So this is what ill be running for now,

s4 housings
s4 low compression rotors
Extended Port(aka stage 2)
3mm unbreakable apex seals
3 windowed bearings
s6 stationary gears
Fully doweled block
Series 5 turbo
Series 5 injectors
Series 5 ecu
3" full exhaust
Front Mount Inter-cooler
Bosch 023 600 hp fuel pump(out flows walbro 255)
Tomei Fuel Pressure regulator
Sard R2D2 BOV
6 PUK Cluthc with 2000lb Pressure plate
12lb Cnc Chromoly flywheel
s7 gearbox
factory lsd
Blitz electronic boost controller

Now a few questions

Safe Boost setting? I know its a strong block so whats a suitable boost(PSI or BAR)
Fuel Pressure? What should it be to support this setup?

Next i want to change ecu, thinking along the line of emange ultiamate but what is need to install this? or does anybody have a cost effective solution to stop leaning without going full stand alone ecu

That's close to stock fuel/fuel control, so going off the increase flow of the larger fuel pump alone, you might be ok up to around ~10 psi on the stock turbo (with some sort of fuel cut defenser). Without an FCD, reaching 8.6 psi will cut fuel. Other factors like both primary and secondary injector duty cycle caps, injector staging and no additional timing corrections above 9psi will make it less than a "safe" setup though. Keeping boost closer to stock will ensure a larger margin of safety.

i would never ever use an E manage... complete trash. and i know from experience. not hearsay or reading it somwhere.

you can run more boost into the motor than the stock turbo is capable of. so no worries there. but, a stand alone is really needed. without one, you pretty much wasted your time overbuilding your block.

fuel pressure will depend on a few different things. 35-38 is a good basic start point. and usually raise or lower it from there during the tuning.

upgrade the turbo or get a hybrid stock one. get a full standalone with 1680's for secondaries... and you will easily make 350 - 400 without breaking a sweat.

add some water/meth injection and the car will be plenty safe with a nice tune.

3mm "unbreakable" seals are ****
3mm is ****
unbreakable bs seals are ****

dont get a FCD unless you have some way to feed the motor more fuel
It is just plain RETARDED to remove that SAFETY feature unless you are warranted to do so.

You should be able to max the injectors out before the FCD even comes on...

Start by getting a bigger set of secondaries. I have a set of 840cc HIGH IMP that is a direct drop in for you that I could sell.

If not, get a set of the big low imp injectors and run a driver on it... resistors are just half-assed. and if you have the money to do unnecessary downgrades to 3mm, you can afford a driver...

around 35 at 0 is a good starting point for fuel pressure. but there are way better ways to control your fuel rather than with a totally unnecessary FPR on your setup...
