Boost Controller install

installing a Greddy profec-b spec 2 and was wondering if anyone had any tips for the install. thanks tony

it says something about connecting something to the fuel pressure regulator, where is that located?

Probably the vac line to the FPR. Its always on the secondary rail towards the front of the engine. That vac line will run to a celenoid that then runs to a nipple on the intake manifold.

alright i can't get power to the unit. i have everything hooked up but i can't get a 12 volt signal. any help please!!!

alright i even tried to connect to the unit to the battery and it still wouldn't come on. this is really wierd because whn we uninstalled it from my friends galant it worked fine.

I presume you want 12v on when engine is on.

Inside the cab it's available at the ECU on the right, or the power window fuse on the left.

alright, few new problems. under the dash on the steering column there is a giant blue plug. it was disconnected, my buddy plugged it back in and now my stereo won't work and my guage lights are always on. wtf??

LOL one of you is bound to get electrocuted.

Take it all of and take it to someone who installs aftermarket parts, or at the least a car stereo installer.

You prolly let the smoke genie out of it. You see, there is a smoke genie inside every electronic device that makes it work properly. When you wire it up wrong, you let the smoke genie out and it doesnt work anymore.
