bonez turboflo pass smog?..

i was wondering if The Bönez Turboflo Exhaust System will pass smog if i mount it on, since it does have a cat.?... also will it pass in california, has anyone tried it?.

mine passed..... but i left the pre-cat on instead of the down-pipe...... then put it on after i passed
