Bonez or Racing Beat
I've been looking at the Bonez headpipe with freeflow cat. and the Racing Beat headpipe with premuffler(no cat.) for my '86 NA. Does anyone know if the Bonez has a hookup for the port actuators(NA)? I don't have emission tests where I am and would like a free flowing exhaust(with a nice sound.)
The Racing Beat has the actuator port, but does it have enough back pressure to operate the ports? Has anyone had experiance with these and was there much HP gain. Without a cat. do I end up with a bad smell from the exhaust.
Has anyone installed the new Racing Beat cat. back exhaust and the RB head pipe/premuffler? Is it loud(I don't want too loud, just a nice melow sound.)

Yes, the RB presilencer has enough back pressure to do the job. RB has been the BEST producer of RX-7 parts sine 1978. They are hands down THE BEST!! RB is also great performance, but not too loud. I have a RB header in my garage, and my presilencer in the mail. I am expecting 20-30 hp gain w/ those parts, as well as my N1 cat-back. Go RB!!
