what is the measure ment 5x???? is it the same as a ford its a friends question but what is the measurement

 

5 x 114.3 Its the same as some fords for sure, maybe all of them, 114.3mm is a japanese adaption to an american SAE unit, but idk what it is (4.5 inches or something i think? too lazy to calculate or look it up). mustang wheels are the same bolt pattern, theres a thread about it about 1/4 way down the page.
