Talking AT body harness to MT harness jspec t2 question

Need a guru if possible.

first things first.

Ive been searching around endlessly! I thank all the gurus and t2 swaps threads out there!!!
also thank you AT to MT swaps threads! 13btec and rotary res. for the help with their site and FSM/wiring diagram! thank the gods we have internet and geniuses out there!! YES i mean you guys!

I have a 1991 GXL? Base? does not say but it has sunroof (was AT) just swapped a jspec t2 motor and tranny

replaced the ecu harness with the n/a (so much easier)

My question is with the M/T harness which i got when i bought the jspec motor+tranny combo. Would it just be plug and play to the body harness? but the body harness (which is orginally AT) has 2 plugs, itll plug in to the smallest one. Tried looking at the diagram but got confused in the process. Is there any mods i gotta do with it? will it work that way?

Why i ask is cause i would rather use the mt harness if possible without re-pining/splicing much. I know you guys may tell me just use the AT harness cause its a simple mod to get it running, i may have to do that in the end. Just curious if anyone has done it and some info on using the mt harness. Also cause i already have it connected to the tranny starter and alternator, just realized it to late. i just wanna leave it on there. . Thank you!

Dunno about your car but on my N/A FC there is a Subharness that connects up around the Trailing coils.
I put in a 302 and just needed the Reverse switch wiring and found it pretty easily on that subharness.
I suspect that is what you are looking for?????
(honestly that is all you would need from the wiring I would think.)

yeah that sub harness. That sub harness connects to an AutoTran harness which is connected by 2 plugs. the MT has 1 plug (which i currently plugged in). my question was on an auto to mt swap can you just use the regular Manual Trans. harness and plug that in to that one plug plug that'll fit and have no issue? Is there anything else you have to do?

the last pic is the at harness. the rest are the manual harness plugged in.

also this is for the fc not the fd rx7. saw couple threads back there for the fd

Sorry for the confusions
