hey, i have a spare 86 front bumper and i want to try some body work with it. What i want to do is fill my FTP lens holes, what kind of products would i need to do this, and is there any sites that anybody knows about that could help me with this? thanks

 

go to the local plastics store.......ask for polyurethane foam......it comes in two seperate cans.......mix for about 30 seconds.......then pour it into the hole and watch it expand......sand the edges off and clean up what else might have gotten on the other side and ur good to go....smooth the outer part flush and curved with the bumper......and then try kitty hair short stranded glass filler to gover the outer surface and then sand it down and then use another lighter type of filler on top.....the ten dollar can not the five dollar ........also when u use the foam the first two batches u mix can sometimes end up a lil crunchy and weak....so i usually let the can sit with the lid off for like half an hour then mix the two together......a few ounces a peice should be enough so get a smaller can.....and then u are on your way
