you should be able to get both of them. I'm assuming you got the one closer to the strut tower and not the one under it? Just follow the bracket and you should feel it with your fingers.

I never took the turbo off to remove the actuator, but I did have to move the turbo oil return line out of the way.

see the thing is I felt where the other hole is and there is no bolt in that hole???? strange. Anyways I rocked it back and forth for a while and while it did seem to get loosen it still would not budge. J-rat how far from the original hole did you drill? Thanks guys for the help.

ok so I got the wastegate actuator off and am a little confused as to where I should drill the hole. The hole is about the same size as the round part of the actuator arm and if I am to drill farther back on the arm with the same size hole I think it would comprimise the structural rigidity (is that a word, lol) Anyways here is a pic of the arm, if anyone could like just edit the pic with where I should drill the hole that would be great! THanks. Sorry for making this 15 minute project take so long, I would just like to be safe then sorry

torch and hammer!

ever feel like a medeivel swordsmith? now is your chance! lol, anyways, i don't think you will need to drill a new hole much farther back from the original hole, maybe a few mm apart so the holes don't overlap.

Hey I had a problem with my car right after I put on the BNR stage III. I thought at 1st it was the turbo as it would not spool real well and I could barley squeeze 10 psi out if it. I talked with Bryan several times and he was alway real patient with my dumb ***. Anyway it eneded up being the outboard butterflies on my TB they were not opening up all the way. So I wired them open and man what a differance that turbo instantly became the bomb. I bet I had a grin on my face so wide when I first took it out. I love that turbo best single mod I have ever done. I have to say Brian at BNR really held up the after sale customer service supurbly. That turbo just spools up so quick in 1st and the the buzzer is almost going off as soon as I mash the gas. 2nd also is a real quick gear now. Good Job BNR you make some sh*t hot turbos at awsome prices.

ok screw 15 minutes! I don't know who said it first but it is no 15 minute job with the turbo on the car! I don't even think it is possible with the turbo on the car. Unless your the son of olive oil and gumby there is no way to get the bolt closest to the manifold on the wastegate actuator. Even if you where to get it finger tight there is no way to get it tight all the way because you can't get any tools up there. HOw the hell did you do it in 15 minutes?

Damn son.. You a little wrapped around the axles?

Have you removed the turbo oil return line, to free up some space yet?

so you have to completely remove it huh? Well I'll try removing the last bolt near the manifold but that is another bolt that is a pain in the *** to get to, this sucks! you should write those manuals for those differant projects like replace your entire sink in 15 minutes or rewire your kitchen in only 15 minutes, lol. Of course it always take the normal person 15 hours, hehe.
