BN Sport Kit- Type 1... What do people do with their headlights?

Hi guys,

I am just about to drop a couple of grand on a BN kit, but I'm tossing up between type 1 and type 2. I like the look of type 1 as is, but I'm not sure about the headlights.

Do people change the lens for a better look, do they ever pop them up, or does that look bizarre, I have never seen a photo of this but I am curious. If they don't pop them up does the angle of the light shine out such that it lights the road appropriatly when the bulbs are on?

Any insight to this would be great, photos would be better. At this stage I am getting type 2 as I am uncertain about the above functional things for type 1. I do however prefer the stance of the type one kit just chilln'

Chur.

From the looks of it, it would seem to light the road fine, and I'm sure it wouldn't look bad with the lights popped up.

I leave mine down now.

here's half up(kit block full opening)

Here's all the way down

I live in a big city so I can't really see a difference in lighting when driving at night.

With the lights half up it looks much better. I have the same bumper but havent installed it yet. After seeing those pics it makes me wish it was on my car right now.

anyone have photos of a gp1 kit and a M1 sport kit on a s4 with rb exhaust or N1 duals that is slammed? i want to pick up the M1 sport but i think the rb exhuast wont sit flush with the rear bumper. i think the N1 duals would.

photos would help me see how itll look with the s4 trim on with those kits.
