i remember someone on here saying that they were gonna make a license plate cover that would blur the letters and numbers so that the cameras on the traffic lights cant tell what it says. anyone have any uptdates??

I can only imagine that being grossly illegal.
anyway, nothing wrong with the tried and true method of just hucking some mud on it.
