Blue RTV Gasket Maker Inside Engine...NOT GOOD.
Ok...I sucked up about .2 ounces of that blue silcone gasket maker inside my engine... Shut off imediatly and waited till tomorow and started it again today...Only let it idle but car ran like **** and blew some smoke at around 4k after I let off throttle. I said ohhh shiiitt.. and turned it off again. Im wondering if the RTV hardened and froze the apex sealz into the rotors or something...
What can I do to losen up this gunk???

Kill the fuel and pull the EGI.
LOAD the enign with WD-40.
and turn it over and over.
You might have to take off the intakes to do this right..
Where exactly was it sucked in from?!
What were your using it on?

Banned. I got OWNED!!!
I guarantee the heat from combustion will destroy any hardened rtv in seconds, just run it for a few minutes then take it out and run it hard. Maybe shoot a shitload of water in it at idle(hold throttle open) by dipping a vacuum hose into a jug of water.
As long as nothing metallic or really HARD gets intot eh engine no serious damage will result. I got an engine once that someone has stuck rags inside various holes trying to keep it dry inside but the rag fragments got inside. IT was fine after 5 minutes of running hard.
I use hylomar as an assembly aid, which is a relaly thick type of rtv that doesnt really ever dry, but its bodied similar to rtv. Its safe for internal use, and since rtv never really hardens(more than a bit of soft rubber) then it wint hurt a thing either.

Thnx guys..Hypmotyz is right...Ran my car hard..warmed up and idled like never before. A purring kitten. The only problem now is the idle is at 200 and wont go up no matter what. Its very smooth thou. This happend after I replaced the injectors and sucked up RTV. All is good. Thnx.
