Blown Rotor

so today on the freeway Im ridin w/ my girl on our way to BK an this civic pulled up next to me thinkin they were hot ****....so I had to shut em down downshifted into 4th an took off left her *** too but when I got to abou 6k RPM I heard this loud *** clank an it lost hella power, I thought the strain of the motor needed release so I went up to 5th, still loseing power, down the 4th still loseing power...3rd still loseing power....2nd It lost power till abou 4k RPM an I was doin 40 on the freeway, pulled over an investigated, I though somethin was caught in my intake cuz I was runnin 100% air but it wasnt that....so I did the spark plug test an sure enough my rear rotor is scraped....

so my question to you all is....I got abou 5k to spend on a new motor Im lookin to get a Turbo2 to drop in there (I was runnin a 87 NA 13B) so anyone know of any shops with in my price range in or aroun sacramento? My friend who is a rotary mechanic said he would do it but he is booked till next month before he can even look at my car, I need to get it back as soon as possible cuz as of righ now...Im driving aroun in a 93 saturn...an its a automatic....x_x
