Blown Rotor?

So today, at the auto parts store, of all places. My car made a loud pop when I rev'd and released the clutch. Now its runs like crap, no power, won't idle, at 3,500-4,000 rpm its like it hits a rev limiter. Bouncing from 3500-4000rpm.

The funny thing is that after 1 month of hesitation, it just disapeared today, ran perfect all freaking day. I did notice that the right actuator is stuck closed. I tryed prying it, but it wouldn't budge. What do you guys think?

Could be a compression problem, but it sounds more like an injector problem...either a bad injector, a bad wire to the injector, or a bad ecu/injector driver.

There are two on the top left side of engine, fairly easy to see. Other two are under the UIM I think. You gotta pull the UIM to get to them.

I was afraid of that. I did the ghetto compresion test, back rotor is VERY weak. Considering how it happened I don't believe it to be a stuck seal, it even made an audible pop. But I soaked both rotors in ATF anyways. Its blown anyways, so what the hell. I forgot one important thing though. I live on a very busy street, I doubt they will like me smoking up the place. Oh well.
