blown n/a what next??

I just blew my N/A motor racing up a hill when I noticed it was way overheated. Not cool. So where can I get a new N/a motor for my 86 fc. I have looked and found one place but it's very pricey. Can't even remember the web page so I would have to find that again anyway? Or should I go turbo? I understand that there are posts on this before. But I don't understand s4 and s5 is that just the difference between motor mounts from the year 88 and 89. I have been reading and can't find anything directly related, to my question.

check through the archive about some of this stuff.

Do yourself a favor and send the motor off to be built by someone reputable, such as Kevin Landers or Bruce Turrentine. That way you know it's done right (unless you want to make a project out of doing it yourself).
