when i start my car it smokes quite a bit and i smells like gas and oil and around 3000 rpm's it starts to smoke alot and doesnt stop until it falls back below 3000 rpm's

 

I am assuming it smokes out of the exhaust, and not from under the hood...sounds like your oil seals are bad. The gas smell could be from a leak, or I had one from a vacuum line that came off. Is the car a turbo or N/A?
