Unhappy Blown Heater Core...need help

My heater core went bad on me recently and is leaking coolant all over the passenger side of my car. I have a parts car and was going to pull that one out but i couldnt find it. Im not sure where it is. I know on the far right side is the blower motor, then there is a big black box that i think is the a/c. Is the heater core behind the dash where the instrument panel is? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Straight behind the logicon and radio.....good luck getting it out.

If you figure out how to do it without disassebling and/or removing the dash, LMK.

You have to take the whole dash out to get at the heater core.

It's in that big black box with all the trap doors the logican uses to send air to different vents.

You'll have to take the dash off which is a huge PITA, then there's 3 bolts, not 4 like the manual says, that hold the heater core housing in place.

If your lucky, it might just be the rubber hose going from the engine, through the firewall to the heater core, if your not, then you have to replace either the heater core, or if you don't want to take it appart and put it back together, the whole heater-core housing
