Blower motor troubles.

Just finished installing my dash after getting a cage put in and now my blower motor is not acting properly. For some reason with power on no matter what setting i put the logicon too the flap on the front of the blower assembly continuously opens and closes until the power is shut off. I have also tried switching logicons. The blower still works, and so do all the settings defrost and vents. Anyone have thoughts as to what is causing this? When the dash was removed I did take appart the blower asembly to remove the pile of dead insects , but I don't believe I messed with anything mechanical in there and there apprears to be nothing blocking the flap from staying in one position.

S5? The ground is a Black wire at the blower plug. It runs to JC-01 behind the dash. If need be just jumper a wire from the blower ground to a suitable ground.

The Ground eventually finds its way to the grounding block found below the trailing coil and up against the strut tower on an S4.
