does any one know where the bov is on my 1988 rx7 13b??

also, how hard are they to change out??

like with a double horn one on ebay?

what all do i have to buy?

Get a real BOV, otherwise they leak. Anything you pay under 150$ on ebay is crap. And be sure its not an imitation. BOVs for 75$ will make your car die on you in a week or 2.
The stock BOV as you call it, is not a real BOV. Anyhow, its straight up from the cold side of the turbo. Remove it, block it off and put the BOV as near to the TB as possible if you can. When you found where you wanna put it, buy an aluminum pipe to replace which ever pipe you want, buy an adapter, have it welded on the pipe, install pipe, instal BOV on pipe and find a vaccum source. Voila.

There is such a thing as an FSM.
