Blouch turbo upgrade

Have you guys heard of Blouch turbo for our stock Hitachi HT18 turbo? I just found out that they do rebuild/upgrade for it.

I haven't heard of that shop. Many people here use BNR for hybrid/stock turbos with good results.

I heard of BNR, been knowing about BNR. I mean this could be an alternative to it.

you should call them and talk about what you want ($$ wise/ power wise) see if you can talk to some others with the same set-up-
