Block off plates---Do they need gaskets?

Block off plates---Do they need gaskets?
I'm putting blockoff plates on my TII LIM and I'm wondering if I should use factory gaskets? Could I use honda bond or no gaskets? Thanks all

They need a gasket and/or sealant.
