block off plates

ok i need answers quick do you have to anything to the plug for the bacv or does unplugging and puting the block off plate there eliminate it period (87 turbo2 ) and d oyou jsut cap off all vacuum lines

so i did all that and now it wont idle very good and if it does it will idle at 500 rpms
