Blitz Turbo Kit For FC

I was searching Horespowerfreaks.com for various upgrades for my s4, and i came across the Blitz Turbo Package sold on the page, the picture of the kit is obviously for a 13b and its got a nice manifold and i bunch of parts, but its like $4000, would this be a good kit, especially for converting a N/A, to a turbo?
More Questions:
How much gain do you get from a lightweight flywheel?
Any good electric fan setups?
Any good replacement fuel pulsation dampeners?
Is the Racing Beat Full exhaust kit sold on mazdatrix worth its price? i like its sound, but i'm not worried about sound i'm worried about performance.

Oh yeah, and if i did find a way to turbo a N/A car with the blitz kit or other , what is the likelyhood of me passing emissions provided the car passes now, and id use stock exhaust at the time of testing?
Any sneeky tricks?
do you like blackberry pie?

$4000 is alot for a turbo kit imho, considering most TII's that are heavily modded go for about that all together. And then of the course the high compression motor with turbo thing. Also you sure its not a turbo-upgrade type deal?

Dunno about a lightweight flywheel.

Black Magic makes imho a good e-fan and it comes with a built in theromstat. http://www.flex-a-lite.com/

Dunno about the fuel question (I'm tired).

In my opinion the mazdatrix true dual system is fantastic, if you have the money it wouldn't be a bad choice.

For emissions I don't have to worry much but Ive heard of alot of people swapping in a cat for exhaust, dunno about that turboing stuff since its the first I've heard of the kit.

You really need to read more and ask less questions...

For one the kit is for Turbo RX7s and it also happens to be discontinued.
