Blew a coolent seal today in my 87 TII, now time for a rebuild

Well today i blew a coolent seal in my 87 TII so im starting the rebuild. But my question is, I want to maximize power from the stock turbo for a big broad power band. So should i go with a small street port or just clean up the runners and ports? I was also thinking of porting the exhaust ports to open a few degrees earlier. I already have rtek 1.7 with new 550 and 720cc injectors so i think that should supply enough fuel. I also have a brand new stock turbo that i have ported the wastegate out to 35mm. Any ideas? How much power could i get from a setup like this? i am shooting for at least 225 rwhp.
