black spark plugs(plus several other Q's)

Black spark plugs means I'm most likely running rich, right?I took mine out after having them in for about 500 miles and they were really black. Plus I am getting bad gas mileage.

Also, how can I tell if my injectors are sticking? I had mine cleaned very recently(1-1.5k miles ago), but the shop at which I had them cleaned noted that they had a difficult time getting one of them to spray right.

I am thinking that possibly that one injector got stuck again and simply needs to be replaced.

I'm getting a little over 10mpg in town. For some reason it seems to get better gas mileage at the end of the tank than it does when it is full??? that hasn't been actually measured though, so it is possibly just me imagining things.

My 02 sensor doesn't seem to be making a diff in mileage either, I have it directly grounded to the frame of the car, and it still doesn't seem to help much at all ( it was disconnected for a while)

EDIT: oh yea, I don't think that it is a fuel leak because I can't smell gas from anywhere but the tailpipe. I can actually see the shadow of the fumes when I am parked in the garage. The exhaust kind of smells like nyquil if it wasn't flavored.
