black smoke at high rpms

does that mean that I have bad oil seals?
Do I have to get a rebuild to fix this?
Is the motor gonna pop soon?

You need to give us more info. Does the car act a certain way? Buck, or pull slowly? Are you plugs fouled?

Sounds like you are running extremely rich.
