alright so i installed my black magic fan today...and it turns on with the manual switch...but it wont turn on on its own as the car warms up...i place the temp probe right under the upper rad hose like it said...and i have the whole thing wired like its supposed ot be...any ideas?

 

Sounds like a bad control.

Contact Flex-a-lite for a warranty replacement.

 

Throw away that crappy POS thermostat controller.
It's not worth the headaches.
If you take that box apart, you'll see why it fails all the time.
