Well that blows. Maybe its because their FC stuff was so ridiculously expensive. They'll probably get back in the game in 10 years when people start restoring FCs.

If they are smart, they will realize that they can "still" get ridiculous money for parts!
I think it is kind of sad that they are not going to stock any more FC parts but at the same time they Charge WAY too much anyways..so Good Riddance!

they still stock fc parts, those catalogs they send out are seasonal.. last edition with the fc in it was the Winter 2010 RX.53 Catalog... the parts dont change, anything you need can still be found in that catalog and still be ordered from them. they are just focusing on more restorable cars (classics) as far as the catalogs go.

here is an online version for anyone needing fc parts but dont have the catalog
http://www.blackdragonauto.com/icatalog/rx/t.aspx

lol thought this info would help alot more than all you guys just wondering... the parts listing rarely ever change.

enjoy

Used this link a couple weeks, ordered and received parts for my '88. Now I get a "runtime error" trying to use it. Called them and the catalog person I talked to didn't have a clue. She thought the parts might work on the 1st gen, but not as far as I could tell. Asked for and got forwarded to a supervisor, but the call got dropped.

Any one know what's going on with them?

black dragon is not making these parts themselves, they were always generic aftermarket parts or OEM parts, aftermarket body panels are also not made in house.

I just finished looking at the whole Rx-7 catalog, rob is right, most if not all of them are 3rd party stuff.

Well, we don't have much choice do we ?

they get their parts from importers, suppliers, and manufacturers.

if a part becomes discontinued after u ordered it, your money will be refunded and you will be informed. if any parts become discontinued due to lack of manufacturer, those parts will not be listed in the next issue of the magazine under its specific catalog series. (such as the "ZR" Z cars/RX7 1st gen, or the "RX" RX7/RX8 magazines)
