Biggest tire on a 'vert rim
What the biggest tire you can run on a 'vert rim? Posted this in wheel section but might get a answer in here. 205's just look small in the rear. What about 225's in the rear?

I would go with a 225 and 215 in te front. But remember that it is a 7 inc wide wheel and you will pay dearly for tires that big to fit that wheel. Whay dont you just buy some spacers and do awy with all the hassle of buying 500 dollars worth of tires?

I don't want spacers to make the tire stick out, I'm looking for something to fill up the gap in the wheelwell. Maybe about a inch and a half drop wouldn't hurt either.

225 is about the max for these rims, and they are 6.5 inches wide, not 7. 205's in front and 225's in rear will look good, probably not what you want but it will look better. if you really want something special BBS sells the same mesh style with a chrome lip, semi deep dish looking, for about 3 grand for four, 17x8 you could fit 245's on the back and 225's or even bigger on the front. they are NICE

sory man i was spacing out for a moment. I know they are 6.5 wide. I have them on my vert too. But you know i have been seeing some verts with the lowered appearance and still keeping the bbs's. MAn they look sweet too. Even today those wheels look good but i know what you mean buy trying to fill the gap. especially in the rear.
Hey tournapart? 3 grand? MAn ima go buy some tomorrow!!! lol
