Thumbs down BIG PROBLEM! need advice

Well, my N/A Turbo project has been running awesome for about two months now until the other night i ran into serious problems. The car was running good all night long and the temps were where they normally were(very cool, just above the L). So im on my way home and i stop at a red light, when i go to pull out the engine almost completely falls on its face. So i gave it a lil more gas and got it rolling, started to build boost and then i hit second and heard a clunk, then i realized my temp was sittin on H. So i immediately shut it off and drifted off the road. I let it cool and found that i had no water in my radiator at all. Bought some water, filled it up, turned the engine over by hand to make sure it wasnt seized. So i fired it up, it sounded smooth and idled fine. Drove it home, temps did come up a few times so i left the heater on, turns out i had a bad thermostat. Anywayz, i did a compression check and i had 40psi on all 3 sides of the front rotor, and 60psi on all 3 sides of the rear rotor.

So, my question is, should i run this motor till it completely dies, or should i go ahead and tear it down and rebuild it?
Motor has 80,??? miles on it.
Also, im plannin on stayin turbo and i would like to make alot of power, so would i be better off spendin my money on a T2 instead of rebuilding my N/A?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You nuked it. Time to pull it apart and see if you can even get the seals out of the rotors and how much other damage has been done.

Looks like someone's 6-port is heading towards PORT-LAND. time for a rebuild, it'll be a walk in the park for you after a turbo-upgrade. Just get good seals, and if you want to make serious power, I'd look into a good porting template. Go for the teardown now, while you can most likely salvage your engine parts.
