Which is better Dual pulleys or P&P on TB?

Which mod would be best? i was going for the pulleys www.rx7.com , but i can not tell if my car has them already or not, how can i tell? Which of these mods would give me more of a noticable difference?

UD pulleys are a waste of money. The only thing I would get is a dual alt pulley for peace of mind. P&P on the TB couldnt hurt

Don't waste you money on underdrive pulleys, but if you've removed your air pump you should get a dual-belt alternator pulley so the water pump doesn't slip.
You won't get a huge improvement from doing the TB, so I wouldn't put any money into it. But it is an easy DIY job with noticable results.
