So what do yu guys think is the best setup, that sounds wicked, has the best bang for the buck, and that looks good,

Best Bang for the Buck would be a straight pipe 
Now if you want it to be legal that is a matter of personal choice. I like my single N1 and bonez high flow cat on my NA.
If there is a club near you then go visit them (or join) and listen to thier cars. I think, the one on FNF was doctored to sound more like a F1 car or at least more like people expect a race car to sound.
