I am looking for the cheapest (best deal) on some new (used if someone has some on this forum) coilovers from TEIN.

I have been researching and so far I have hit a wall. I know what stuff retails for but I have seen so much variance as price goes that is driving me crazy. I refuse to overpay for something.

So I have decided to start this thread so that we can compare our knowledge of prices and also which teins are better for what purposes.

This Thread is Locked to only TEIN suspension components I want to keep this as organized as possible.

I want to focus ON:

HA's
RA's
HE's
Type Flex.

I would like to know of anybodies experience with any of these and or there recommendations comments exc.

 

Best way for suspension is to just make your own. I don't know what kind of spring rate you want but TEIN (of what I"ve seen) only go up to around 300lbs for the springs.

 

You can pick whatever rates you want spring wise with tein.
The RA kit has a 559fr and 448rr rate stock from tein.
The HE which is like the drift setup has a 448frt and 336 rear.

I want people to give me their best known prices on these coilovers so everyone on this forum can benefit from it.
I understand you can build your own suspension but for what it would cost to R@D something that, so that they would work nearly as well as a tein setup would be crazy.

I am going to include pics of the most haggard RX7 you will ever see but the truth is looks can be deceiving.
