Best HP from a stock s5 TII motor.

I'm just curious what the most hp i can expect to get out of a non ported motor safely. and how much boost can the stock motor handle?

not sure about the hp #'s...maybe 230-240? but from what i remember people saying if you're using the stock S5 turbo not to go above 11psi, or maybe will just run out of steam at that level...
