Racing Beat is a big favorite around here, it's expensive but stainless, and offer a good gain with a great tone without being to loud, as many exhuasts for our cars are. How loud do you want it? are you keeping your cats?
the one on my car, an El Generico Special, was $224 altogether... parts, design, construction, installation. Two stainless glasspacks, two stainless tips, Y-pipe, hangers, etc.
I found the receipt for it in my Mazda Way folder.
Sounds good, but I've never heard the stock.

for an NA, best bang for buck, i'd have to say i like the borla setup. $370 from nopistons.com when they have them. 2.5" y-piping to 2 or 2 1/4" duals with a straight through borla muff on each side. all t304 stainless steel construction, with steel packed mufflers. doesn't have the bling of the polished racing beats...but then it costs $200 less as well. everyone i've talked to with them liked them alot. oh and borla comes with a 1 million mile warranty

i have a new high flo cat and a RB header that i just bought...i dont care how loud it is....i just want power....emission test pass...and sweet sound...isbnt that what everyone wants tho? :-P
corksport does well on my car and the price is great...at least it was a few years ago..not sure if it has gone up or not...it will sound very nice if you have a cat but a little hollow without a cat. I was running without a cat but just put one in a few weeks ago and it seemed to lower the exhaust pitch like an octave or something, NICE!
