Bent lateral link is stuck! How do I get it out?

Bent lateral link is stuck! How do I get it out?
Bent my lateral link a few months back, and tried to change it out for a new one. Got the two nuts out, but the link itself is having lots of trouble wedging itself free after a lot of pounding with a hammer. Any tips?

sorry, get a bigger hammer.
i'm assuming you've got the wheel off so that end of things can move/flex a bit.
i'd doubt PB'laster will help, but it doesn't hurt.
it took me a while on my bent one.
